of the foregoing meeting. Accordingly, any person who may
seek to appeal any decision involving the matters noticed

property owner had called and said it would be mowed. However, the lawn maintenance company is waiting for payment
in advance before they will mow the property. Member Huckabee moved to find Case 12-049 Fosler LLC at 1000 Blk NW 5"
Avenue in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-43 Public nuisance and Sec 30-44 General cleaning and beautification, based on the
testimony of Code Officer Sterling, imposing a fine of twenty-five dollars per day beginning seven (7) days from receipt of proper
notification; seconded by Member Close.
