A copy of the latest Insurance Value Report is enclosed for your review. It is
your responsibility to check this report for accuracy.
If there are no changes to this report, sign below and return this letter to CBIZ.
The appropriate forms to add or delete buildings, contents, or property in the
open should be used for any changes and submitted directly to Kathy Jaeger at
CBIZ no later than December 22, 2006. Please note that values are NOT to be
altered. Appraisal forms are located in the PRM P &C Admin Guide or on -line at
www.prm- fl.com.
In January, CBIZ will prepare the trended report that will be used for the 2007 -08
renewal. The final report will be sent to you for approval.
As always, we encourage prompt submission of any property changes
throughout the year to avoid a problem in the event of a loss. If you have any
questions, please feel free to contact Judy Hearn at PRM (1- 800 - 367 -1705) or

Re: New Property Appraisal Service
PRM has contracted with CBIZ Valuation Group LLC as the appraisal service of
record to conduct property appraisals of our members for insurance purposes.
All properties will be appraised to assure proper valuations. Added features
provided by the CBIZ group are flood zone determination and certification of
each location, data file development, valuation comparison reports and a toll free
appraisal support phone line.
You will receive a call from a member of the CBIZ team to schedule the on -site
appraisal for your entity. We ask that you make arrangements for the inspection
of your properties so that we can complete this project in a timely manner. You
should delegate an individual that can accompany the appraiser during his visit.
Three entities are scheduled for a pilot appraisal within the next month. Shortly
thereafter, those members who are scheduled for the on -site service will be
contacted to begin the process.
If you are not scheduled for the on -site appraisal but would like to schedule one,
please contact Susan Baron at 800.367.1705.
