such tax shall be assessed for the interest and sinking fund for the payment
cf interest and principal of General ?~efunding Bonds, Issue of 1~42, of said
SECTION 3. It shall be the duty of the Tax Collector of said City and
the City Clerk of said City, to divide the proceeds received from said taxes
a~ aforesaid, into the funds set out in Section I of this Ordinance and keep
full and correct account of sa~e as they may be directed by the City Council.
SECTION ~. All ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in conflict herewith
h~, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION %. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
paasage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
