VN~SiDENT OF CITT COUNCIL JUne 12, 1962 The City Couacil of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, met in regular adjourned session at the City Hall on the above ~date at 5:00 P. M. with the following present: President Gardner, Co~rm~ Hunt, Park~rson, Warlord and Yeilding with Clerk Spivey. A re-z~V-tng application from Marguerite B. Lynn was presented 'requesting Lots 1 to 9 incl. and 16 to 24 incl. B~ock D, Central Park and Lots 1 to 9 incl. and 16 to 24 incl. Block E, Central Park, resoned from Agricultural to Residential (R-2). The Council instructed the Clerk to publish notice of Public Hearing. The bio for re-roo~ing the City Hall were studied and discussed, said bids having been re- ceived, opened a~d read at meeting of City Council held June 5, 1962. Councilman Hunt moved to accept the bid from Boyts Roofing & Sheet Metal Works Inc. in the amount of $4,688.00 provided t~ey f~rnish the City with a $O year guarantee seconded by CoUncilman Yeilding and carried.
