Technical Review Committee Meeting -Joe Boyd, Chairperson. In Chairperson Boyd's absence,Kelly Hill called the November 17,2004 Technical Review Committee meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. 40 Chairperson and Staff Attendance - Chairperson Boyd. Fortner, Okeechobee Utility Authority Executive Director Present III. New Business. A. Donna Durand is the property owner and applicant. The applicant is proposing to LC Fortner,Executive Director of Okeechobee Utility Authority,explained that water is available in this location demolish all existing structures and septic system to construct a 5000 square foot however sewer is not. If the property owner was interested in having sewer, a pump would need to be commercial building. The subject property is located at 306 NE 3rd Street. installed. Mr. Fortner recommended that the property owners run the force main East to Third Avenue. It will be required that all force mains in the City Right-of-Way be four inches in diameter. Eddie Trent, Okeechobee County Health Department, submitted written comments in his absence. He explained that a permit will be required to abandon the existing septic tank. Oscar Bermudez, City Engineer, explained that a sidewalk will be required along the front of the property. All sidewalks within the City are required to be five feet wide, and six inches thick. Drainage calculations will need to be submitted to the City and to South Florida Water Management District. Donnie Robertson, Public Works Director, explained that the new culvert being installed needs to be a minimum of twenty feet long, and fifteen inches round. • Oscar Bermudez motioned to approve the Site Plan submitted with the following conditions: 1. DEP Permit for Force Main 2. Sidewalk installed along the front of the property (five feet wide by six inches deep) 3. Drainage Calculations be submitted to the City and South Florida Water Management District 4. Obtain a septic tank abandonment permit from the Okeechobee County Health Department Seconded by Denny Davis.
