Technical Review Committee Meeting -Joe Boyd, Chairperson. In Chairperson Boyd's Absence Kelly Hill, representative of LaRue Planning and Management, called the
August 18, 2004 Technical Review Committee meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

A. Okeechobee County Courthouse Off-Street Parking Plan Review. The subject property Chad Rucks, Project Engineer, explained that in the terms of the Interlocal Agreement between the City of
is located within Block 130,at the intersection of Northwest 3rd Avenue and Northwest Okeechobee and Okeechobee County, a total of ninety-one off-street parking spaces were required. There

Subject: Okeechobee County Courthouse
The off-street parking for the proposed courthouse and that includes the landscaping
provisions should be concurrent with the Parking and Loading Requirements of the Land
Development Code. The Interlocal Agreement requires 91 spaces in the Phase I stage of off-street
parking. The street parking needs to be compared with projected parking at the time of
courthouse approval.
