Rab, the gentleman you spoke to regarding the lien on 510 NE Park Street came in this afternoon and
paid $1,447.84. Copies of receipt and check are attached above. He inquired about a timeframe as to
when he could expect the lien release for both liens? I indicated someone from Code Enforcement would
be in contact with him and we would try our best to take care of this as quickly as possible. I have not sent
this information to Code Enforcement yet as I didn't know if they were aware of your conversation with him
yesterday.
