Administrator's Employment Contract Councilman
Watford asked what could be done to put the Ad-
ministrator's position back on a yearly basis. At-
torney Cook explained to the Council the current Ad-
ministrator's contract could be violated if: that
was done.
Councilman Watford made a motion to begin process
to amend the employee handbook to allow for yearly
evaluations of the City Administrator by the Council
