SET AT 4.54 PER THOUSAND ON ALL REAL AND PERSONAL
PROPERTY, PROVIDING THAT 4.15 SHALL NOT BE LEVIED ON
HOMESTEAD PROPERTY: THAT 4.15 SHALL BE USED FOR
GENERAL CITY PURPOSES AND .39, INCLUDING HOMESTEAD,
SHALL BE USED TO PAY PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON
GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS: THAT SAID MILLAGE RATE IS
10% MORE THAN THE ROLL -BACK RATE COMPUTED IN ACCORD-

$661,965.00 AND EXPENDITURES OF $526,910.00, LEAVING
