the City H=I~ at ~:00 P. M. with the following present: Mayor Mack, President Gardner, Councilmem
Hunt, Parker~n a~d Watford with Clerk Spivey.
Pursu~ to n~tice published in the Okeechobee News regarding a public hearing on rezcning
the following deSCribed property fr~m Residential (R-I) to Industrial: Beginning at a point where
the North b~un~a~ of Third Street intersects the West boundary of Okeechobee Avenue, according to
the plat of Okee~obee recorded in Plat Book 2, page 17, St. Lucie County records an~ First Addition
to Okeechobee rear,ed in Plat Book 2, pmge 26, St. Lucie County records; thence r~n North along the
West boundary ef ;keechobee Avenue to the South boundary of South Park Street; thence West along the
South boundary of South Park Street, a distance of 280 feet more er less %0 the East bourzb~ry ef

discussion CounciXman Hunt moved to rezone the above described property from Residential (R-i) t~
