Code Officer Sterling testified Notice of Violation was received by certified mail and Notice of Hearing was posted on the
property for overgrown grass and yard debris. Mr. Sterling stated the property owner had contacted him saying the property
was in foreclosure. However, Chase Home Finance has not filed the foreclosure and the property is still in the name of Kimberly
Anderson, Member Close moved to find Case 10-067, Kimberly Anderson, in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-44 General cleaning
and beautification based on the testimony of Code Officer Sterling, imposing a twenty-five dollar per day fine beginning five days
after receipt of proper notification; seconded by Member Pippin.

Code Officer Sterling testified he was unable to make contact with the property owner, James George. Certified notices were
returned, therefore property was posted with Notice of Violation/Hearing for general cleaning and beautification. Mr. Sterling
added he had received a complaint from a neighbor about the overgrown grass. Member Douglas moved to find Case 10-092,
James George, in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-44 General cleaning and beautification based on the testimony of Code Officer
Sterling, imposing a twenty-five dollar per day fine beginning five days after proper notification; seconded by Member Pippin.

to find Case 10-096, Marguerite D'onofrio in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-44 General cleaning and beautification based on the
testimony of Code Officer Sterling, imposing a twenty-five dollar per day fine beginning five days after proper notification;
seconded by Member Pippin.

Ch 30 Sec 3044 General cleaning & beautification to find Case 10-097, Kurt & Jacqueline Keplinger in violation of Ch 30 Sec 3044 General cleaning and Sec 3041Disabled
vehicle based on the testimony of Code Officer Sterling, imposing a fine of twenty-five dollars per day beginning five days after
proper notification; seconded by Member Close.
