No. 10-004 Code Officer Sterling testified the property is overgrown on the sides and back. Mr. Sterling said he has been in contact with
Dan Buchanan. 800 Blk NW 10th Street (Lot: 3) Mr. Buchanan and he is working with him but it is taking a long time to get the cleaning done. He added Mr. Buchanan was
Ch 30 Sec 30-44 General cleaning and beautification found in violation for general cleaning in 2008, therefore he is considered to be a repeat violator. Member Huckabee moved
to find Case 10-004 Dan Buchanan in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-44 based on the testimony of Code Officer Sterling, imposing
a fine of fifty dollars per day commencing March 1, 2010 if not in compliance by that date; seconded by Member Irby.
