A. Disposition of Cases presented by Code Officer Sterling :
No. 09-090 Code Officer Sterling testified he had contacted Fremont Investment & Loan on two occasions in reference to securing the
Fremont Investment & Loan. 517 NW 12" Street property. He stated as of today it is not secured and not in compliance. Code Officer Sterling advised the board this is a public

Fremont Investment & Loan in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-43 Public nuisance based on the testimony of Code Officer Sterling,
imposing a fine of twenty-five dollars per day commencing upon receipt of notification and to have the property secured by public
works if property owner does not take action; seconded by Member Douglas.

• 01/12/2010 — Met with Mrs. Mills, on Monday she will be talking to a lawn Maintenance company
about getting the property cleaned up. Request this case be tabled till 02/09/2010.
