That the said City does hereby contract and agree with the FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY OOMPANY, a corporation, for the right and privilege to cross the right of way'and under the tracks of said Railway Oompan~,in the City of Okeeohobee, 'Florida, with water pipes of sizes and at the locations described, according to the terms and condi tions contained in a copy of_aid proposed contract ,attached hereto and made a part hereof and hereby agreed to.
