That the said City does hereby contract and agree with the FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY OOMPANY, a corporation, for the right and privilege to cross the right of way'and under the tracks of said Railway Oompan~,in the City of Okeeohobee, 'Florida, with water pipes of sizes and at the locations described, according to the terms and condi tions contained in a copy of_aid proposed contract ,attached hereto and made a part hereof and hereby agreed to. Sec. 2. That H. H. DeYamon, President of the City Council, and R. P..Fletoher, Clerk of the said City, ar~ hereby authorized and directed to execute said contract for and oñ behalf of said City.
