However, nothing has been done and the property it still overgrown. Member Ledferd moved to impose a twenty-five dollar per day fine beginning thirty days from September 8, 2009; no second was made. Member Irby moved to find Case 09-054 R J Builders & Renovations in violation of Ch 30 Sec 30-44 General cleaning and beautification based on the testimony of Code Officer Sterling, imposing a fine of twenty-five dollars per day beginning fourteen days from September 8, 2009; seconded by Member Huckabee.
