Section 1. Whereas, Pool rooms in the Oity of Okeeohobee,1
Florida, bave a demoralizing effect upon the young men of the Oity,
intha. t such pkoes encourage indolence and' vagranoy, and
Whereas, Pool Rooms in the City of Okeeohobee, aforesaid are
an invitati~ to young men to frequent them, therebyenoouraging
and inviting them to indolence and vagranoy, now, therefore
BE IT ORDAIIID,'that Pool Rooms in the Oi ty of Okeeohobee,
Florida, are and are hereby declared a nu'sanoe. .
-Section 2. It shall be and is unlawful and a violation of this
ordinance for any person, firm or oorpqration to operate a Pool
Room in the Oi ty of Okeechobee, rlorida.'
Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation operating a Pool
Room in the,Oity of Okeeohobee, Florida, within its corpðr8te'limits,
shall be subject to a fine not to exceed 1100.00 or imprisOD$ent .
