Pursuant toadjourmment the Council met in special session at 7 o'clock P. M. November 17th, 192~ and the following were present: H. H. peYarman, President, Councilmen H. T. Bass, J. Ð. Bird, Albert Berka and H. H. Hancook with R. P. Fletoher. City Clerk, L. W. Jennings, City Attornej and F. E. Lawrence, City Engineer in atten~e. City Engineer Lawrence ~Ubm1tted report of tabulation of bids received for municipal improvements. Motion was made by Councilman Bass, seconded by CoUncilman .. Ha~cock that Council accept bid of Amerioan ~ast Iron Pipe Company fo~ furnishing pipe for'water works system. Motion passed. Motion wasvmade by Councilman Bass, seconded by Councilman Hanoock that Council accept bi~ of Mitohum & Barnes for laying pipe for ~ter works system. Motion passed. Motion was made by Councilman Bird, seconded by Councilman Berka that Council accept bid of Homer Vivian for street paving. Motion passed.
