LUCIE I have listed below the current land use and zoning classification for the primary utility sites located m the city. I have also included land use and zoning classifications found for the sites surrounding the utility locations. Example: If the City Hall water tank site was no longer needed by the City for any use, would it be rezoned something different than commercial zoning like the adjoining uses? If so what would be the classification(s), and why? Please call me if any further clarification or explanation of my question is needed. Thank you for your assistance.
