As part of our utility land valuation we need to know the likelihood or probability that if
the sites were declared excess (for any reason), their subsequent land use would be
something different than the present adjoining classifications. Example: If the City Hall
water tank site was no longer needed by the City for any use, would it be rezoned
something different than commercial zoning like the adjoining uses? If so what would be
the classification(s), and why?
Please call me if any further clarification or explanation of my question is needed. Thank
you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
DEIGHAN APPRAISAL ASSOCIATES, INC.
