Re: Appraisal of City of Okeechobee Utility Systems
Our File #93521100
I received your letter, dated August 18, 1993, directing us to proceed with the
appraisal of the Okeechobee City Utility.
As indicated in the agreement, Section A.5d, we will need the county to
advise us of their representative, with whom we will deal in obtaining the
information we need. Over the last year, you have been acting in this
capacity and, until we are notified otherwise, we will direct our questions,
etc:, to you. To assist in this process and facilitate the required flow of
communication, please identify the person who will act as our immediate
contact at the City Utility.
I have enclosed a draft outline of the planned schedule of tasks, as you
requested. Along with our monthly invoice, we will update you as to our
progress relative to the outline.
I am also enclosing our initial list of requirements as identified within the
Scope of the Appraisal, which we will need to accomplish the assignment. I
realize some items are readily available, while others may take some time to
either prepare or obtain. Please let me know when the requested material is
available to be mailed, picked up, and /or reviewed.
