There is also a "list of requirements" that detail material required by Jack to begin the appraisal process. Please provide me with the highlighted items for coordination and transmission to Deighan Appraisal Associates. As indicated in the agreement, Section A.5d, we will need the county to advise us of their representative, with whom we will deal in obtaining the information we need. Over the last year, you have been acting in this capacity and, until we are notified otherwise, we will direct our questions, etc., to you. To assist in this process and facilitate the required flow of communication, please identify the person who will act as our immediate contact at the City Utility. I have enclosed a draft outline of the planned schedule of tasks, as you requested. Along with our monthly invoice, we will update you as to our progress relative to the outline. I am also enclosing our initial list of requirements as identified within the Scope of the Appraisal, which we will need to accomplish the assignment T realize some items are readily available, while others may take some time to either prepare or obtain. Please let me know when the requested material is available to be mailed, picked up, and /or reviewed.
