In response to your telephone request, I am pleased to advise
you that our firm is interested in providing professional
appraisal services relative to the valuation of a sewerage and
waste water treatment plant in the Okeechobee area.
You have indicated a quick response and a general fee estimate
is needed for your immediate planning purposes. I trust this
letter will meet your needs in this regard, however, this
should not be construed as a firm or fixed price quotation.
In order for us to submit a firm quotation, we will have to
further define your needs and objectives, discuss the scope of
our services in greater detail and visit the utility property
itself.
In our opinion, an appropriate fee estimate for planning
purposes is as follows:

The above estimate represents an appraisal in which the
significant buildings, structures and treatment facilities are
valued in functional groupings or components while shop and
office furniture and equipment would have greater detail in
the appraisal. Our fees would vary somewhat depending on
whether greater or lesser detail is desired by you.

engaged in the valuation of business properties for Eminent
Domain purposes.
