There is no provision for paving Second Street from Parrott Avenue to Miamee Street. * 2nd. There is no provision made for paving Kissimmee Street . from Second Street to the South side of first Street. 3r~. There is nor provision made for paving first Street from 'Kissimmee Street to Parrott Avenue. These streets should be paved in lieu of any other street in the City due to the fact that they lead from Parrott Avenue, a and in front of said School House paved street to the School House/and baol to Parrott Avenue. I am of the opinion that this is the most ~mportant unpaved street that we have and should be paved firs. . Ä1so inasmuch as fifth Street and Eighth Street are to be paved to Osceola Street I am of the opinion that Osceola Street should be paved South as far"as fifth'Street and as far North as .
