Kayol: Conely stated that he had called the special meeting of the Council to consider matters pertaining to the sanitary conditions in the Oity~' Kr.Lynch, repr.senting, the State Board of Health addressed the Oounoil relative to certain ordinances which he recommended that the Council adopt. . )lotion was made by Councilman Bird, seconded by Oouno:1:lman .
