The City Council met in regålar session at g 0' clock P. K.
on the above date and-the following were present: H. H. DeYarman,
President, Councilmen J. D. Bird, H. T. Bass, Albert B8rka'and H. H.
Haboock with R. P. fletcher, 01erk, Wm. Oolltns,Ohief of Police,
L. W. Jennings and B. L. Jennings, Jr., O~ty Attorneys 'in atte~danoe.

Motion was made by 00unoi1man Bird, seconded by Councilman Bass
. and dul; carried that 0ity deed the following described land which
has been dedicated DXfor street to E. R. Wright: Beginning at a point
on West bounda7yline of Government Lot 8,76.4 feet North of the
South-west corner of the said Government Lot g and run thence North
along dividing,line between Government Lots 7 and 8,1320 feet to
to North boundary line of Wright'- Second Addition, th~oe East 5.2
feet to Borth-east corner of 'right,' - Second åddi tion, thence South
along East bounUry line of Wright's Second Addition and approximately
parallel wi thdividing line between Government Lots 7 and 8, -1320
feet, thence West 3.3 feet to West boundary line of Government Lot
g and point of beginning, all in Government Lot g, Section 22, Town-
ship 37, Range 35.
Motion was mad, by Oounoilmàn Bass, seconded by Councilman
Hancook and duly carried that the Clerk allow the redemption öf
City Tax Certificates against land owned by E. R. Wright ,w.w~.,.
without the payment 'of any interest provided redempt&on is made by
April 1st, 1924.

cock and duly carried that the President of Council appoint a Park

in the sum of 12,300.00 each dr8Wn in, favor of the Amerioan Laå

fire Engtne, and said motion was. seconded by Councilman Hanoook
