Pursuant to adjournment the City Oounoil met 1n special ses-
sion at 8o'olock P. K. on the above date and the following were
present:- T. W. Conely, Jr., Mayor, H. H. DeYarman, Pres1dent,
00uno1lmen J. D. Bird, Albert Berka, H. H. HanooQk and H. T. Bass
with R. P. fletcher, Clerk, L.". Jennings, City Attorney and "m.
Ooliins, Ohief of Police in attendance.
Motion was made by Councilmen Berka that Council reinsta~
T. G. Diokson as night policeman and said motion was lost for want
of a second.
Mo~10n was made by,Oounoilman Bird, seconded by Councilman

expense of money to make it fit for public use, and

a street between said avenues and has made a plat showing suqh new
street one halt block from Taylor Street beWween Avenues A and B, .
