sion at go'clook P. M. on the above date and the following were
present:- T. w. Conely, Jr., Kayor, H. H. DeYarman, President,
Councilmen J. D. Bird, Albert Berka, H. H. Hanooçk and H. T. Bass
with R. P. 'letcher, Clerk, L. w. Jennings, Oity Attorney and Wm.
Ooliins, Chief of Police in attendance.
Motion was made by Councilmen Berka that Council reinsta~
T. G. Diokson as night policeman and said motion was lost for want
of a second.
