The City Council met in regular session at g o'clock P. M. on
the above dá.te ,and the following were present:~«. H. DeYarman, Pres-
ident, Oouno1lmen Albert Berka, J. D. Bird, H. T. BaBsand Oounoil-
man-elect H. H. Hancook with R. P. Fletoher, Clerk, L. W. Jennings
and B. L. Jenn1ngs, Jr., Oity'Attorneys'and William Collins Ohiet
of police in attendance.
Minutes of meeting held February 19th were read and approved.

)Ir. Ed Alderman appeared before the Oounoil in regard to the
payment by the City of one half pf the cost of grading the street
on the South City limit line.
Motion was made by 00uno1lman Bird that Twelfth Street be g
graded from Osoeo~ Street to Parrott Avenue, and said motion was

&eoonded by Councilman Berka and passed by unanimous vote.
Motion was made by Councilman Bass, secon4.d by Oounoilman
Bird and duly carried that Council accept offer of Councilman Ber-
ka to permit the City to build a te.porary garage for the new Fire
Engine on Lot 2, Blook 166.
Kotion was made by Oouno11man Bass, seconded by Councilman
Berka that Council remove T. J. Diokson as night policeman effeot-
ive Karoh 5th, 192~. Motion passed. .
