Berka and dul1carr1ed that the Clerk allow I. R. Wright to re-
deem a1¡ 01ty Tax Certificates outstand1ng aga1nst his property
without the payaent ot any inte~esten same provided that redemp-
tion is made by February 15th, 1924.
)Ir. DeBerry appeared before the Council relative to the removal
of the stock fence in East Okeech~p.e.
Ko~ion was made by Councilman Bass that the""'" Council
revoke the license of Mr. Sha~e Hancoek to maintain a stock fence,
in East Okeechobee and that the Clerk be instructed to not1fy h1m
to remove sa1d fence by rebruarY15th, 1924, and ðai4 motion was
seconded by Councilman Berka andoarr1ed by unai1mous vote.
