Section:I~ That the indiscriminate running at large of!ohildren
and very young persons" on the streets, sidewalks, parks and
other public places , after night is dangerous to the public
morals in the Oity.of Okeeohobee, and is hereby declared to be
dangerous to the pub1io morals; That it is unlawful for any person
under the age of sixt'een years to be on the streets, sidewalks"
in.theparks or other public places, after nine 6'olock P. M.
unless accompanied by}m adult. :

Section II. Any person under the age of sixteen years who shall
violate the provisions of Section one of this ordinance shall be
subject to a,fine not to exceed twenty five ( t83.00 ) dolla~'":~4
or to imprisonment not to exceed thirty days or both.-
Section III. Any parent"gu~rd1an,or other person in loco parentis
who shall knowingly permit a ch~1.d in their custody or control
to violate the provisions of section one of this ordinanQl, if
such child be under the age of sixteen years, shall be subject to

SEWERAGE OR WATER OONNEOTION SHALL BE MADE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and 01ty Council of the Oity of
Okeechobee, County of Okeeohobee, state of'lorida.
Section I. The City Oounoi1 shall"have the power to appoint a
competent plumbing inspeotor" whOse duty it shall be toinspeot
all connections of water and sewerage in the City of Okeeohobee;
. to see that they are properly made in compliance with State and
City regulations, and' to condemn any su°Ìlconnections that. are not
satisfactorily made. It shall also be his duty to inspect.all
water and sewerage fixtures in any new business building that shall
be.ereoted in the City of Okeeohobee, and to condemn any-such ~ix-
tùres tha tare. not properly instal1ed~' . .

practical after any such connection shall be made, or any such

Section III..After making any inspection as provided for" in Sections
One and Two of this ordinance, the said City Inspeotor shall be entitled
