Thos. W~ Conely, Jr., Mayor, H. H. DeYarmqn, President, Councilman
L. K. Raulerson, F. W. Hampton, Albert Berka and H. O. Adams with
R. P. Fletoher, Clerk in attendance.
Messrs F. E. Henderson, W. W. Dunnioliff, W. E. Holmes and
- A. Freedman appeared before the Oounoil and requested,¡¡"fhat Oounoil
make an appropriation to be used. in removing ,the hyacinth from
Taylor Creek and in helping the fre~ght boats to o~me frqm the Lake
to the city dooks~' ~
Motion was made by Councilman ,~pton seconded by Ooun~il~an
Adams that Oounoil appropriate .250~~0 to be used i~ remo~ng the

hyacinth from Taylor Creek and assisting the freight boats, to come

from the ~e to the city doCks. Said appropria~ion to be expended
.proportionately with other donations received for this purpose.
Motion carried.

in Okeeohobee and that it does not care to pas!=! an ordinance grant-
ing an additional permit unless the ordin~~ce provides for the
t maintenance of street crossings by the Florida East Coast Railway
